Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Wednesday):
A suspicious vehicle on Vance Road.
A runaway juvenile at North Olive.
Trespassing on Garfield.
A civil dispute at Ringo.
Another Mexicoan files for the Mexico School Board. Incumbent Kara Clovis filed on Friday, joining Todd Yager and Kelli Teel in seeking re-election. They are being opposed by Dusty Blue and Jennifer Gore in the April 4th election. Filing ends at 5:00 on December 27th.
The Mexico Lady Bulldogs fell in district play to the number one seed St. Borgia girls 61-43 in Hannibal tonight (Tuesday). Senior Raigan Playter ended her career with a fourteen point performance, and hit four, three pointers. Logan Blevins led all Bulldogs in scoring with 15.
