A pair of free drive-thru flu shot clinics are coming to Audrain County.
Saturday morning from 9 until 11 there will be a clinic at the Arthur Center in Mexico and next Friday afternoon, December 18th, there will be one in Daniel’s Park in Vandalia from 2:30 until 4:30.
The clinics are a partnership between the Audrain County Health Department and the Arthur Center and are for those Audrain County residents 19 and older.
No insurance is needed as the vaccine is provided by the Audrain County Health Department at no charge and is the standard dose seasonal flu vaccine.
The high dose for those 65 and older is not available at the drive-thru clinics but those needing that vaccine can visit the Health Department at 1130 S. Elmwood in Mexico.
