MU Board of Curators approve a feasibility study for a new indoor practice facility at their meeting yesterday (Sunday).
With that initial step approved, MU can begin pre-design planning for the facility that would replace the 22-year old Devine Pavillion and report back with budgets by January 30.
The new facility will have a full-length football field as opposed to the 70-yard field in Divine Pavillion.
If Curators approve the entire project, it would allow other athletic programs that use artificial turf more frequent access to the turf at Divine.
