The Mexico Public Schools will welcome students back for in-seat learning tomorrow (Tuesday).
In an email sent to parents from Superintendent Dr. Tammy Lupardus last (Sunday) night, the district is reminding parents to send students to school with a mask.
The email says if your child is exposed to COVID-19 while at school and both your child and the positive individual are properly masked, your child may qualify for a modified quarantine.
Students who are under a modified quarantine are allowed to continue attending school and riding the school bus.
A modified quarantine is not applicable outside of school and does not include after school activities/athletics.
