Harassment at the South Clark overpass.
Trash dumping on West Liberty.
Property damage at West Boulevard.
A fraud on South Clark.
A scam at West Pearson.
Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle at the corner of North Washington and Maple.
A stealing or theft on East Monroe.
