Audrain County Sheriff Matt Oller joins AM 1340 KXEO and the Am I Awake Morning Show for a monthly show called Give Matt Oller A Holler.
Today Sheriff Oller answered questions about how can a person do the exact same thing in one county and its classified as a misdemeanor and then do the same exact thing in an adjoining county and they get charged with a felony.
An Audrain County caller asked if Sheriff Oller would uphold the 2nd Amendment and protect gun owners if unconstitutional laws were passed.
