A Hartsburg woman has serious injuries after getting hit by an anchor on the Mark Twain Lake near Stoutsville.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports a boat was driving with it’s anchor down, when it accelerated, and the anchor came up and hit Sherman.
She was taken to the University Hospital for her injuries.
