An official ribbon cutting is now complete for the new owner of Century 21 in Mexico.
The Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce brought out the ribbon and the big scissors for the new owner Marissa Lightsey at the business located at 118 South Jefferson Street.
Marissa is taking over the company from Donna Peak, Don Marking and Jim Dye who have ran the business over the past 43 years.
Marissa says goal number one is to expand.
Marissa says a lot of the day-to-day operations including the hours of operation will remain the same.
