Fishing was a a part of the Mexico Area YMCA’s outdoor camp today (Thursday).
Sports Director Caleb Floyd led a group of 7 campers to the lake behind KXEO on East Liberty Street.
Campers included Micah Maxwell, Ryker Stremmy, Evelyn and Max Pashia, Travis Bomgardner, Jace Evans and Colton Kuda.
The Kansas City Royals two game winning streak came to an end last (Monday) night with a 10-6 loss to the Boston Red Sox. Boston was led by Xander Bogaerts who went 3-5 with a grand slam. The Red Sox ended April with 19 wins which was a franchise record.
