CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Tuesday):
Harassment at North Alabama and on Garfield.
A suspicious vehicle on the Highway 54 bypass.
Trash dumping at MacFarlane.
A ex-parte violation on West Pearson.
A stolen vehicle reported at the corner of North Jefferson and Jackson.
A civil dispute on Meyers.
A fight in progress at the corner of West Promenade and Alabama.
CAR ACCIDENT:
A 2 car accident yesterday (Tuesday) morning at 1300 West Breckenridge.
According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 55 year old Katherine Dodd of Perry hit a deer on Highway 54.
The vehicle suffered severe damage to the front end.
No injuries were reported.
