Centralia City Administrator Heather Russell sat down with KXEO news today and gave an update on a search for a new police chief.
A search for a new police chief started when former chief Bob Bias said during a recent Board of Alderman meeting he was asked for his resignation on September 23rd and he submitted it on September 24th, after he was told the leadership of the police department was not going the way it should have.
Three more officers also resigned.
