Minimal damage is being reported following a vehicle fire at a gas station in Mexico last (Monday) night.
According to Mexico Public Safety they responded to the Break Time in the 1700 block of South Clark and found a fire in the area of a fuel pump of a 2002 SUV.
Customers and staff of the business used a fire extinguisher to contain the fire, and Mexico Public Safety officers completed putting the fire out.
The owner stated she had only had the vehicle a couple of weeks and there seemed to be a problem with the fuel system.
There were no injuries from the incident.
