ARRESTS:

Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 26 year old Randy T. McDonald on Friday, March 11th for a Mexico warrant and resisting arrest.

39 year old Joshua B. Martin arrested on Saturday, for a Clark County warrant.

40 year old James T. Hicks arrested on Saturday for an Audrain County warrant.

31 year old April L. Briggs was arrested yesterday (Sunday) for an East Alton, Illinois police department warrant.

CALLS FOR SERVICE:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, March 11th:

A domestic verbal incident at 4820 South Clark and at Robert S. Green Park.

A careless and imprudent driver on West Jackson, at the corner of South Muldrow and Love and on the corner of South Clark and Boulevard.

Property damage at Vance Road.

A fire reported at the Breckenridge apartment building.

Public Safety responded to these calls for service on Saturday.

A vehicle reported stolen on Bass.

A domestic verbal incident at West Street.

An unwanted subject on MacFarlane.

A report of animal abuse or neglect at North Clark.

Shoplifting at 3066 South Clark.

Mexico Public Safety went to the following calls for service yesterday (Sunday):

An unwanted subject at West Whitley.

Property damage on Mars.

A fraud at the South Clark apartment building.

A fight in progress on Howell Manor Court.

A careless and imprudent driver at the West Plaza Shopping Center.

CAR ACCIDENTS:

A 2 car accident on Saturday, March 12th around 3:57pm on Promenade at Agricultural. According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by a 17 year old from Columbia made a left turn from Promenade and hit a vehicle driven by 56 year old Sheila R. Matalski of Mexico. No injuries were reported.

A 1 car accident on Friday, March 11th in the 800 block of North Jefferson. According to the accident report it happened around 10:41 am when a vehicle driven by 70 year old Paul Mcann of Mexico hydroplaned on ice slush and lost control and hit a utility pole. No injuries were reported.
