Hundreds Of Kids Celebrate Easter With Angel Wings In Mexico

Angel Wings in Mexico is reporting a record breaking Easter celebration yesterday (Sunday).

Angel Wings is a nonprofit for foster children.

Executive Director Jody Dishman says at last year’s Easter event 110 kids attended and this year 146 kids were in attendance.

Each child received a personalized laundry basket that was full of gifts.

The Audrain County Sheriff’s Department, Mexico Public Safety, and the Audrain Ambulance District were in attendance.

Face painting, cookie decorating an egg hunt and plenty of photos were taken as Fairytales Estates donated their new location for the Easter celebration.

Dishman says planning for 2023 is already underway.
