A Columbia man is dead and two others have serious injuries following a UTV crash in Callaway County yesterday (Saturday).
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol accident report it happened at Chapel UTV Trail on Wildwood Estates Drive.
55 year-old Donald Ray of St. Charles was driving a Kawasaki KRFT up an extreme incline when he lost traction and overturned back down the hill.
Ray and one of the passengers, 39 year-old Bethany Johnson of Columbia were taken by air ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia and Johnson was taken by Callaway EMS to University Hospital.
The other passenger 55 year-old Richard Bryant of Columbia was taken to the Callaway/Boone County Medical Examiner’s Office and was pronounced dead.
