ARRESTS:
Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 28-year-old Zachary T. Murro on Sunday for St. Louis warrant.
22-year-old Tate A Burch was arrested yesterday (Monday) for Fourth Degree Domestic Assault.
CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the Fourth of July holiday weekend starting on Friday, July 1st:
A suspicious person on East Orange and at Emmons and on Francis.
A report of animal abuse of neglect at East Vine.
A fight in progress on West Monroe.
Threats at the Paris Road apartment building and on West Whitley.
A structure fire at South Jefferson.
A stealing or theft at 4820 South Clark.
An intoxicated person driving on North Western.
Public safety went to the following calls for service on Saturday:
Vandalism at the East Jefferson apartment building.
A domestic physical incident at North Jefferson.
A stealing or theft at the West Plaza Shopping Center.
Displaying a weapon on South Morris Street.
Mexico Public Safety went to the following calls for service on Sunday:
A suspicious person at South Missouri and on West Boulevard.
A intoxicated person driving at 4820 South Clark.
A structure fire in the 1300 block of Paris Road.
Displaying a weapon at South Morris Street.
Public Safety went to the following calls for service yesterday (Monday):
A suspicious person at South Western.
Leaving without paying for gas at 1719 South Clark.
Threats at Clay/Clark.
A stealing or theft on South Western.
CAR ACCIDENTS:
Mexico Public Safety responded to a two car accident on Saturday on Monroe at Clark at 1:25pm. According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Brenda Smith of Mexico and a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Jennifer Burkhead of Mexico entered the intersection at the same time crashing into one another. No injuries were reported.
Mexico Public Safety responded to a two car accident in the 1100 block of West Monroe. According to the accident reported it happened when a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Jennifer Barr of Centralia slowed down for a vehicle in front of her turning into Moser’s parking lot. As Barr slowed down she was rear ended by a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Mitchell Armstrong of Moberly. No injuries were reported.
