Montgomery City Man in Go Kart Struck on Route J

Jonathan I Cox 58, of Rhineland, driving a 1999 Ford F150 was traveling East on Route J  when, after rounding a curve, struck Edward D Powell, 42, of Montgomery City, who was stationary in the driving lane in a Yerf-Dog Go Kart .  Powell was taken to St. Joseph Hospital by Montgomery Ambulance District with moderate injuries.
