Alexander Armstrong, of Fulton, is facing rape charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in 2017 and 2018. The crime was not reported until September of last year and has since been under investigation.
Armstrong is being held without bond at the Callaway County Jail and his initial court appearance is scheduled for today.
