Yesterday, Tod Ray Keilholz, 59, a business man from Jefferson City was arrested after being indicted by a federal grand jury for 52 counts of fraud involving more than $27.1 million dollars.
The charges include $12.4 million dollars in Paycheck Protection Program loans under the temporary pandemic CARES Act. Keilholz will remain in federal custody until his detention hearing on Sept. 20.
