Parking in Moberly will be tough this weekend and they are providing shuttles in the downtown area.
Many visitors to the Junk Junktion and the Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament and the Allen Train Robbery Reenactment in Rothwell Park are expected.
Police will also set up a sub-station to help lost parents and any other emergencies.
