The 80th Annual Tony Lenzini Basketball Tournament continues at Palmyra High School.
Last night’s girls action saw Canton beat Van-Far 59 – 25 and Clark County fell to Hannibal 58 – 36.
Canton and Hannibal move on to semifinal play tomorrow night at 7:30 while Van-Far and Clark County head to the semifinals in the consolation round tomorrow afternoon at 4:30.
On the boys side last night, Monroe City won in a nail-biter over Hannibal, 42 – 41 while Van-Far beat Clark County 49 – 43.
That sets up a Van-Far Monroe City semifinal game tomorrow night at 6:00 while the Pirates take on the Indians in the consolation round at 9:00.
Tonight, boys action continues with Palmyra and Canton looking for a spot in the championship game while Highland and Mark Twain vie for a spot in the consolation.
