The Mexico Mcmillan Early Learning Center PTO Carnival returns tonight (Friday).
Katie Azdell, McMillan PTO President says the carnival will take place from 4:30pm to 7pm.
Anyone is welcome to attend the carnival.
The McMillan Early Learning Center is located at 1101 East Anderson in Mexico.
