A Mexico man has moderate injuries after a motorcycle accident in Mexico last (Thursday) night.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened on Boulevard and Muldrow at 5:46pm.
A 2009 Harley Davidson was being driven by 62-year-old Dean Lockwood when he applied the back brake to make a turn.
Lockwood lost control of the motorcycle and slid and hit a curb, eventually coming to rest on the grass.
Moderate injuries were reported to his head, hips and hands.
Lockwood was taken by Audrain County Ambulance to the University Hospital in Columbia.
