Mrs. Sarah Gooch’s Textiles Program at the Mexico High School is receiving some recognition.
Her class is on the cover of the summer issue of School & Community Magazine.
The article “Stitching Success” is featured on pages 10-11 and showcases the textiles class. Currently, community support for the program has exceeded $139,000 in donations in grants for fabrics, tools, accessories, and enough sewing machines to seat an entire class.
