
Battle High School is in search of a new head football coach after Mizzou football alum Jonah Dubinski stepped down.
The search has already started as Columbia Public Schools posted the position online and will be utilizing the dead period over the next week to make a decision on who will take over the program.
The Battle Spartans kick off the season at Park Hill on Friday, August 25.
Columbia Public Schools Athletics Director tells ABC 17 sports Dubinski left the program in order to pursue another opportunity that he could not pass up.
