A Mexico man is facing multiple charges after an alleged incident over Labor Day weekend.
According to a press release from Mexico Public Safety a concerned resident contacted an officer and provided information about some suspicious activity that happened in the 800 block of Fairground Street.
Public Safety says the activity involved a man exposing himself.
An investigation led to the arrest of 30-year-old Zackery A. Oliver.
He was processed at Mexico Public Safety and taken to the Audrain County Jail for 1st degree Sexual Misconduct, 1st degree Harassment, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
