United Way Of Audrain County Kicks Off 2024 Campaign At Mexico Chamber Of Commerce Business After Hours

The 2024 fundraising campaign for the United Way of Audrain County officially kicked off tonight (Tuesday), September 12, 2023.

Several speakers from the local agencies that receive funding from United Way of Audrain County were on hand to give speeches.

Ione Bickell and Alan York from the Mexico Senior Center.

Tad Dobyns from Central Missouri Community Action.

And Linda Huffman from Children’s Therapy and Early Education School, Inc.

All of the money raised by the United Way of Audrain County stays in Audrain County and helps the following agencies.

A+ for Mexico Education, Agape House of Vandalia, Audrain County Crisis Intervention Services, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Central Missouri Community Action, Children’s Therapy and Early Education School, Inc, Mexico Senior Center, St. Joseph Early Learning Center, The Help Center, and Uplift Mid-Mo.

The fundraising goal for this year is $100,000.
