Soft Surroundings Holding LLC has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
According to a legal document the company filed under the chapter 11 Bankruptcy Code on September 10, 2023.
This comes after the recent closing of their facility in Mexico.
Soft Surroundings conducted layoffs for 79 positions at its distribution center located at 4655 East Liberty in Mexico, September 1st through September 15th.
The company has offices in St. Louis under the names Soft Surroundings Holdings, LLC and Triad Catalog Co. L.L.C and Triad Retail, L.L.C.
