Soft Surroundings was back in a US Bankruptcy Court yesterday (Monday), in Houston, Texas, trying to gain conditional approval of their disclosure statement.
The women’s clothing retailer, that’s distribution plant was based in Mexico, Missouri, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
It is in the process of closing all 44 of its stores, with closure expected by the first of the year, and is also selling it’s online business to Coldwater Creek.
