26-year-old Manda M. Walker was arrested on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 for two counts of Fourth Degree Assault and Resisting Detention.

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Wednesday), October 25, 2023:
- Suspicious activity on West Monroe.
- Suspicious person at West Monroe and on Fairground Road and at North Craig.
- Trash dumping on West Maple between Olive and Western.
- Stealing or theft on South Missouri and at 4820 South Clark.
- Domestic verbal incident on Curtis.
- Harassment at North Agricultural/Mars.
- Child abuse or neglect reported on South Western.
- Domestic physical incident at North Olive.
- Suspicious noise on South Jefferson.
- Threats at South Alabama.
Car accidents:
A two-car accident on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 on Love at North Western.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Aiden McGee of Thompson proceeded straight through the intersection and collided with a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Thomas Isaacson of Mexico.
No injuries were reported.
