The Fulton Hornets boys soccer team advanced to their first district championship since 2020 after defeating Southern Boone 4-3 last (Monday) night at Southern Boone High School in the Class 2 District 4 semifinals.
The win also snapped the Hornets 14-match losing streak to Southern Boone.
The No. 2 seeded Hornets will now face 4th seeded Osage in the district championship at 6pm on Thursday in Ashland.

The Texas Rangers beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 3-1 last (Monday) night in the World Series to a take 2-1 series lead.
With the win the Rangers advance to a Major League Baseball record of 9-0 away from home in the playoffs.
