Mexico High School is announcing the first girl in school history will be continuing her wrestling career at the college level.
Mexico Girls Wrestling senior Katie Bowen has signed with William Woods University.
Katie says her goal going into her final season with Mexico Girls Wrestling is to bring home a medal from the state tournament.
An official signing ceremony will take place at the Mexico High School Sports Complex at a later date.
