The Mizzou football team broke the top-10 in the latest College Football Playoff ranking, checking in at No. 9 after a dominate win over then 13th ranked Tennessee on Saturday.

The Tigers No. 9 placement is the highest College Football Playoff ranking in program history.

Four Tigers scored in double figures as the Mizzou women’s basketball team defeated North Alabama 83-72 last (Tuesday) night at Mizzou Arena.

Forward Hayley Frank had a career night and led Missouri in scoring with 29 points.

With the point total Frank moved into seventh on Missouri’s all-time scoring leader-board.

Up next Mizzou women will host Southern Indiana to conclude a two-game home-stand on Monday.

The St. Louis Blues picked up their third straight win last (Tuesday) night with a 5-0 victory against the Tampa Bay Lighting at the Enterprise Center.

Blues goalie Jordan Binnington made 30 saves and recorded his first shutout of the season.

Jordan Kyrou scored twice for St. Louis.

The Blues are back at it tomorrow (Thursday) when they travel to San Jose to play the Sharks.
