Three men were found unresponsive in a hangar at Omar Bradley Airport in Moberly at around 11:30 this morning. [Tuesday]
Moberly Police report emergency crews were dispatched to the hangar and found 2 unresponsive males. One was a 29 year old from St. Louis, and the other was a 27 year old from St. Charles. A third male was found, a 25 year old from Huntsville, and he became unresponsive after emergency crews arrived.
It was determined all three were overcome by carbon monoxide exposure.
Two of the men were taken to Moberly Regional Hospital and later transferred to a Columbia Hospital, while a third was taken directly to Columbia.
A Moberly Firefighter was treated and released from Moberly Regional Hospital for carbon monoxide exposure.
