The Mexico High School boys basketball team started the season off with a 74-48 victory against the St. James Tigers in an early morning game on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
Mexico led the game from start to finish.
The Bulldogs set the tone with an 8-0 run in the first period and never looked back.
Three Bulldogs finished in double figures.
PJ Perkins led all scorers with 24 points.

DJ Long recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 assists.
And Jayden Eldridge made 2-3 pointers and put up 11 points.
