A Fulton man has serious injuries following a one-car accident in Callaway County during the afternoon hours of Sunday, November 20, 2023.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol accident report it happened on Route BB near County Road 484.
A 2004 GMC Sierra driven by 54-year-old Thomas P. Shackelford exited the right side of the road and overturned.
Shackelford was taken to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.
