Fulton Man Arrested After Deputies Execute Narcotics-Related Search Warrant At Home Across From Daycare

A Fulton man is facing multiple charges after an arrest at a Fulton house across from a daycare where law enforcement executed a narcotics-related search warrant.

On Friday, November 17, 2023, at around 6:30am, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, along with the MUSTANG Drug Task Force and Fulton Police Department, executed a search warrant in the 1700 block of Westminster Drive.

During the search deputies report recovering cocaine, crack cocaine, over 348 grams of methamphetamine and over $5,000 in cash.

According to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office the owner of the home 59-year-old John Nevins was arrested.

For reference, the residence is across the street from Head Start Daycare and within the 2,000-foot radius of Williams Woods University.
