Mexico Public Safety Report 1/30/2024

Arrests:

Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 34-year-old Bradley S. Hale for Fourth Degree Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.

28-year-old Ciare N. Lynn was arrested  for Fourth Degree Domestic Assault on Tuesday, January, 29, 2024.

67-year-old Ronald W. Fountain was arrested for a City of Mexico warrant on Tuesday, January 29, 2024.

31-year-old Rashard L. Bigham was arrested for a Ray County warrant and Driving While Suspended on Tuesday, January 29, 2024.

Calls for service:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Tuesday, January 29, 2024.

  • Natural gas odor at 4787 East Liberty and on South Abat.
  • Careless and imprudent drivers at Omar/Springdale.
  • Domestic physical incident on West Breckenridge.
  • Suspicious person at West Breckenridge.
  • Property damage on Hendricks and at South Clark.
  • Domestic verbal incident on West Breckenridge.

Car accidents:

Mexico Public Safety responded to three separate car accidents on Tuesday, January 29, 2024:

A two-car accident happened on Boulevard at Clark.

According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 71-year-old Gary Mcguire of Mexico was merging from Boulevard to Clark and was rear ended by a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Everett Hurley of Auxvasse.

No injuries were reported.

 

A second accident happened on Singleton at Francis.

Mexico Public Safety says the accident happened when a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Jeris Holt of Mexico and a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Bryce Clerking of Paris were turning from different directions and both drivers had their vision obstructed by the sun and did not see the other, causing them to side swipe into each other.

No injuries were reported.

 

A third accident happened on Muldrow at Liberty.

According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 29-year-old Tawna Wood of Mexico pulled into the intersection and struck a vehicle by 64-year-old Jeffery Duty of Mexico.

No injuries were reported.
