No Charges For Greitens

Former Governor Eric Greitens is free of charges after special prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced she will not re-file a felony invasion of privacy charge against him.

According to a press release, the statute of limitations is up this weekend, and Baker lacks sufficient evidence to re-file.

Greitens resigned from office on June 1st. He had been indicted by a St. Louis grand jury after being accused of taking a photo of his mistress partially clothed in 2015.
