Mexico Celebrates Earth Day

Missouri Right To Life Act
ByKXEOState Representative, Mike Moon, has proposed legislation that would ban all abortions in the state of Missouri. The Missouri Right To Life Act would establish that life begins at conception, and affirm all life is protected by the constitution. The legislation is awaiting assignment to committee for further discussion.

New Interim President Named At Lincoln University
ByKXEOLincoln University in Jefferson City is naming a new interim president. Dr. John Moseley will assume the position Saturday following the departure of Dr. Jerald Jones Woolfolk. Dr. Moseley has been Lincoln’s Director of Athletics and head men’s basketball coach and has been in higher education for 18 years, the last 7 years at Lincoln.

One Arrested in Hotel Drug Bust
ByKXEOOne person was arrested after a search warrant was served at the Budget Inn in Mexico yesterday afternoon.
