Calls for service:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Monday, April 29, 2024.
- Suspicious vehicle on West Jackson/Clark.
- Stealing or theft on East Love and at the West Breckenridge apartment building and at 2925 South Clark .
- Stolen vehicle reported on South Jefferson and at North Olive.
- Natural gas odor on Fairground Road.
- Suspicious person at West Monroe and at South Elmwood and on West Promenade.
- Assault without injury at North Wade.
- Shoplifting on West Jackson and at 420 West Monroe.
Car accidents:
No injuries reported following a two-car accident on Boulevard at Clark on Monday, April 29, 2024.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 51-year-old Danny Jennings of Mexico had the right of way when a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Melissa Clark of Mexico drove into his lane of travel to turn south of Clark and a collision happened.
