Drought Conditions Expected To Worsen In Some Parts of Missouri
The latest drought monitor map is indicating worsening conditions in northwester and southwestern Missouri. Conditions have taken a downward turn, putting some parts of the state in extreme drought conditions, and areas that previously had moderate drought are now classified as severe. The drought conditions are expected to last throughout August.
