Fulton Woman Arrested For Driving While Intoxicated After Crash In Callaway County
A Fulton woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender and failure to obey an interlock device after a crash during the early morning hours of Sunday, May 12, 2024.
The crash happened just before 3am on State Road C at Rockhouse Creek in Callaway County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 34-year-old Capreice Smith of Fulton did not make a curve, went over the center of the road, off the left side, went airborne, and overturned.
Callaway County EMS took her to University Hospital with moderate injuries.
