Calls for service:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
- Neighbor dispute at East Promenade.
- Indecent behavior on East Monroe.
- Domestic physical incident at Emmons.
- Stealing or theft on West Robinson and at 4820 South Clark and at 3001 South Clark.
- Harassment at 621 East Liberty.
- Suspicious vehicle on East Holt/Trinity.
- Shoplifting at 3001 South Clark.
- Careless and imprudent driver on Jefferson Road.
Car accidents:
No injuries reported after a two-car accident on Hendricks at Wade.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Mexico boy backed out of a parking space and struck the passenger side of a vehicle driven by 62-year-old David Niekamp of Mexico.
