Mexico Bulldogs Varsity Basketball Keeps Record Clean At Central Methodist University Team Camp
The Mexico Bulldogs varsity basketball team went 3-0 at the Central Methodist University team camp on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
Mexico defeated Boonville 37-29.
Mexico was victorious over Riverview Gardens 55-28.
And it was a 56-38 Bulldogs win against Willow Springs.
Mexico head coach Darren Pappas says “We struggled a bit to get going against Boonville but bounced back against Riverview Gardens and Willow Springs.
Overall, we did a good job mixing up our defense on the fly, crashing the offensive boards, and moving the basketball.
This group is playing at a high level and team oriented basketball.”
Up next Mexico will be in Cape Girardeau on Thursday and on Saturday the team will compete at the Rib City Shootout.
