Audrain County Historical Society Announces New Director And New Tour Guide

Prior and her husband ran a business here in Mexico for many years, and having retired young, she realized this was a great opportunity to bring her lifelong love of history and her experience with other non-profits together in one place.

Everhart is a recent graduate of Westminster College, with majors in History and Education.

A resident of Mexico, some of you may know him from his work as a substitute at the middle school over the past year.

He will combine his role as tour guide for the museum with his first year as a teacher.

Erik Richardson, board president, said, “We are excited to have people like these two with this much talent and passion for the work the museum does here in the community.

It should be an amazing new chapter ahead with the museum right in the mix of so much positive change going on in Mexico.”
