Mexico High School Junior Camden Williams Captains Team Missouri To A National Championship

The Missouri Academic Team claimed a national championship after competing in the all-star academic tournament online over the weekend.

The team was captained by Mexico High School junior Camden Williams.

Missouri Team A played 15 games against the best of the best from states all over the country as well as two other countries.

Missouri ended up with the best record of all the teams and played Maryland in the championship.

In the winner take all game, Camden Williams answered all five of the last questions to secure the first national title for Missouri since 2013.
