Teamwork Made The Dreamwork For Mexico Lady Bulldogs Basketball At Paris Shootout

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs basketball team went 3-0 at the Paris Shootout on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

Mexico picked up a 31-27 win against New Franklin.

It was a 32-29 Lady Bulldogs victory against Westran.

And Mexico dominated Scotland County 40-15.

Fourteen players played for Mexico, ranging from freshman to seniors.

Mexico head coach Makenzie Mudd says “We were able to get people in and out and allow a lot of different combinations on the floor.

I was so impressed with the effort and communication that I saw today between the players to make some great plays on offense and to make solid stops on defense.

We have been showing great growth this summer and I am excited to watch it continue into the season.”

Up next the Mexico Lady Bulldogs go to the Montgomery City Shootout on Tuesday, June 25th.
