Audrain County Courthouse Jury Finds Mexico Man Guilty Of Felon In Possession Of A Firearm
A Mexico man was found guilty of Felon in Possession of a Firearm after a jury trial in Audrain County.
The jury returned a guilty verdict at the Audrain County Courthouse after about 40 minutes of deliberations on Wednesday, June 26, 2024
33-year-old Trayvon Dewayne Walls a convicted felon, possessed a Glock handgun in May, 2021.
Walls will be sentenced by Circuit Judge Jason H. Lamb on August 5th and faces a minimum of three years in prison and a maximum of 10 years imprisonment.
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Jordan Smith and University of Missouri School of Law student Tyler Miller tried the case.
