A Fulton woman has moderate injuries following a two-car accident in Callaway County during the afternoon hours of Saturday, July 13, 2024.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened on Route F at Route KK.
A vehicle driven by 45-year-old James P. Tipton of Columbia traveled into the path of a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Kierstyn T. Gillooly of Fulton . Tipton’s vehicle struck Gollooly’s vehicle.
Gillooly’s vehicle swerved to avoid the collision and ran off the south side of the road and overturned.
Tipton’s vehicle went off the south side of the roadway and struck the ditch.
Gillooly was taken to University Hospital with moderate injuries.
Tipton had minor injuries.
